- No fees are required for registration in the program. It is free of charge.
- Admission to the program is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All regular, ad-hoc, temporary, part-time, and contractual faculty members from public universities, private universities, government colleges, government-aided colleges, private colleges, autonomous institutions, and research scholars from the above institutions are eligible to participate.
