About the Online Competition
- Upload a video performing Surya Namaskar.
- Duration of the video should not exceed 1 minute.
- Video must be clear. Submitted video must be original and latest.
- Dress Code: Preferably White
- Video should describe 12 steps of Surya Namaskar in the form of oral instruction/ subtitle.
- Video should be sent before 5.00 PM, 20th June 2024.
- Age limit-Women aged between 18 to 60 years.
- Prize will be given for It, 2nd & 3rd.
- E-Certificate will be issued for all participants.
