Course Highlight

This is a beginner-level, hands-on training 5 course series that aims to provide technical proficiency of concepts covering cloud basics, big data, ML & and how the Google Cloud Platform fits in.

Participants will earn digital badges to showcase along with a course completion certificate.
Only learners who enrol for the program in this time window will be provided free access to the Google Cloud courses from 16th October onwards.

Look out for an email within 5 days after the last enrolment date to get your access to the Google Cloud Skills Boost course and 200 credits in your account.
After 5 days, click on the ‘enrol’ button that appears in the Google Cloud landing page or look out for the email which has the next steps.
Enrol and complete the first three courses within 1 month of enrolment.

This curriculum will enable learners to develop technical proficiency in cloud computing and launch or pivot their careers in a cloud-first world.

Learners will be able to discuss what cloud is and why it is critical in today’s world. It will help them to describe the different ways people use and interact with Google Cloud, as well as different computing options.
They will be able to implement structured and unstructured storage models and explain different application managed service options in the cloud.
Students will get to understand how security is administered in Google Cloud and demonstrate how to build secure networks. They will be able to identify cloud automation and management tools, as well as manage big data services in the cloud. Students will also develop a foundational understanding of ML and its value.

Learners will be able to build a comprehensive understanding of Kubernetes Engine Fundamentals and concepts related to networking & security.

Students with little to no background experience in cloud computing looking for an ideal foundation for diverse career paths including those in IT infrastructure, data analytics, and cloud-native application development.

Google Cloud Fundamentals – Provides an overview of cloud computing, ways to use Google Cloud and different compute options.

Infrastructure in Google Cloud – Reviews implementing storage models, different managed-service application options and security administration in Google Cloud.
Network & Security in Google Cloud – Covers building of secure networks, cloud automation and management tools.
Data, ML & AI in Google Cloud – Reviews managed big data services, machine learning and its value.

Kubernetes Engine Fundamentals -Provides supplement labs which will help learners build a comprehensive understanding of concepts related to networking, security and the Kubernetes Engine. It is the final course in this series.
