Rules & Regulations:

1. Drawing/Painting size should be A3 (12inchx16inche) of any medium, any material
2. Art works should be send to the given address
3. Art works will not be returned, If Artist want their Art work back courier charges need to be Paid
4. It’s compulsory to send progressive pictures of your Art work to 9177694181
5. The decision of judgement is completely taken by jury members
6. Institute will not be Responsible for any damage of Art Work during courier
7. All Art works will be exibhited in Institutes Facebook group 8. Last date for entries 31-08-2023
8. Results will be declared on Ganesh chathurthi 18-09-2023
9. Last date for courier your art works 7-9-2023
10. Exhibition will be there with Selected Art works
11. If Any Art work is sold we will give that amount to the Artist. institute will charge 10% commission.
