About the Competition

  • Eligibility: Open for all age group.
  • Submit painting on the theme ‘Pollution & Its Control Measures’.
  • Write a meaningful slogan in your painting to spread awareness.
  • Write your full name in the bottom of the submitted entries.
  • Submit one photograph while holding your painting with yourself.
  • E-certificates of participation will be provided to the participants.
  • Photograph size is limited to 1MB only.
  • SUBMISSION DEADLINE: DECEMBER 02, 2023

Significance of National Pollution Prevention Day 2023:  It is observed remembering the innocent lives that were lost in Bhopal Gas Tragedy. Gas leak that occurred on the night of December 2-3 in 1984 at the Union Carbide India (UCIL) pesticide plant in Bhopal. Around 5 lakh people exposed to Methyl Isocynate (MIC) gas.
The main objective of the National Pollution Prevention Day are to spread awareness on managing and controlling industrial disasters and to prevent the pollution produced by industrial process and human negligence
