About the Yoga Competition
- YOGA VIDEO / REEL Competition
(Theme: Yoga for women empowerment) - The video should not exceed 2 Min in length.
- This Contest is open to any resident in India.
- Top 3 winners will be selected.
- Participants may submit their responses latest by 20th June 2024.
- Decision of the jury will be final.
- Pragya Yoga YTTC students are not eligible for this contest.
- An appreciation certificate from Pragya Yoga will be provide.
How to participate?
1. Give a brief description about your video [50 words]
2. Record a video of you performing any 3 Yoga postures [Helpful for Women Health]
3. Upload your video on your Instagram and tag Pragya Yoga @pragyayogaofficialu sing the hashtags
